PRIVACY POLICY
Queen Bee Greenscapes (ABN 65 415 523 879) only collects the details we need to look after your order, booking or enquiry. This is usually your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the details of your order. We use it to process and post your order, run workshops, build custom terrariums and reply to your messages. If you join our newsletter, we’ll send you news about workshops and new pieces, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Workshop participants are emailed in the week of their workshop asking permission to take photos and share them on social media and elsewhere. We won’t share a photo of you or your children without that permission. If you have any questions about your information, email hello@queenbeegreenscapes.com.au.
SAFETY SECURITY
All payments go through our secure online checkout, and your card details are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store them. We never sell your information, and we only share it with the services that help us run the business: Wix, which hosts our website and emails, our payment providers and Australia Post, which needs your name and address to deliver your parcel.
Like most websites, ours uses cookies to collect basic information such as your browser and the pages you visit, which helps the site work smoothly. You can change your cookie settings in your browser at any time. We take care to keep your information safe, but as no website is completely secure, please take care when sharing details online.

By placing an order or booking with Queen Bee Greenscapes (ABN 65 415 523 879), you agree to these terms.
Public workshops
Your place is confirmed once you’ve booked and paid. If you can’t make it, you can move to another workshop date at no cost with at least 7 days’ notice. Inside 7 days there’s no refund, as your materials have already been prepared.
Private workshops
Private workshops are paid in full at booking. Cancel at least 14 days before for a full refund, or reschedule once with 14 days’ notice. Inside 14 days there’s no refund, but if your group is unwell, you can reschedule one extra time. Groups of more than 6 are held at your own venue. If Tanya ever needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you can choose a new date or a full refund.
Custom terrariums
A 50% deposit confirms your order, and the balance is payable at pickup. The deposit is refundable within 48 hours of payment. After that it’s non-refundable, as materials will have been ordered or building started. Custom terrariums are local pickup only, so please collect yours within 14 days of hearing it’s ready. Every terrarium is built by hand with natural and foraged materials, so yours won’t be an exact copy of past photos, and its plants will grow and change over time.
Our products
Natural materials vary, so colours and textures may differ slightly from the photos. Kits contain glass, soil and small parts, so keep them away from young children and pets, and supervise children while they build.

The photos, text, designs and logo on this website belong to Queen Bee Greenscapes. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and the version on the website when you order is the one that applies.
