SHIPPING POLICY
Where we post
DIY kits, Substrate Kits, Terra-putty, substrates and Native Bee Bombs can be posted to NSW, VIC, SA, QLD and the ACT. Because these products contain soil, biosecurity rules mean we can't send them to WA, the NT or Tasmania. Tools and accessories can be posted anywhere in Australia.
Custom terrariums are made to order and are local pickup only, in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.
Postage
Every order is sent with Australia Post. Postage is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
Dispatch and tracking
Each order is packed by hand and posted within 3 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once it's on its way. If your parcel hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, email hello@queenbeegreenscapes.com.au with your tracking number and we'll follow it up with Australia Post.
Delivery details
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as you can, before your order is posted.
RETURN POLICY
Change of mind
Everything we sell is handmade or hand-mixed in small batches, so we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you're unsure about anything, get in touch before you order and Tanya will happily help.
Damaged or faulty items
We pack every parcel with care, but glass can still break in transit. If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we'll replace or refund it, whichever you prefer. Please let us know within 3 days of delivery so we can lodge a claim with Australia Post.
How to report damage

Take a photo of the parcel as it arrived.

Take a photo of the damaged item, still in its packaging if you can.

Email the photos and your order number to hello@queenbeegreenscapes.com.au.
We'll reply within 2 business days. If we need the item back, we'll cover the return postage.
Wrong or missing items
If something is missing or isn't what you ordered, let us know as soon as you can and we'll sort it out.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to show in your account.
PAYMENT METHOD
All payments are made securely through our online checkout, using the payment options shown when you check out. Prices are in Australian dollars, and as we’re not registered for GST, no GST is added. Your card details are handled by our payment provider and are never seen or stored by us. If you have any trouble at checkout, email hello@queenbeegreenscapes.com.au and we’ll help you finish your order.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
